Sooji (Semolina): Dhokla ko uski vishesht daane daar visheshta deta hai.
Hari Mirch (Green Chilies): Thodi garmi aur swaad ke liye.
Adrak (Ginger): Isme ek halka zing aa jata hai.
Eno ya Baking Soda: Ye utpann karne wale padarth hain, jo Dhokla ko halka aur fluffy banate hain.

Dhokla Banane Ki Kala Ka Adhyayan
Ab aaiye, ham apni aastein upar karen aur sikh lein ki Dhokla ko shuru se kaise banaya jata hai. Ek savadhan se yah kadam follow karen, ek shreshth batch ke liye:
Kadam 1: Batter Taiyaar Karein
a. Ek mishran boul mein besan, sooji aur dahi ko milaen. b. Ek halke bharkat wale batter banane ke liye pani ko dheere-dheere dalein. c. Swaad, hari mirch aur adrak ke saath namkeen daal kar mishran taiyaar karen.
Kadam 2: Fermentation
a. Jab batter ferment ho jaye, to usme Eno ya baking soda milaye aur acchi tarah se milaye.
Kadam 3: Sekna aur Steaming
a. Jab batter ferment ho jaye, to usme Eno ya baking soda milaye aur acchi tarah se milaye. b. Dhokla plates ya ek steaming container mein batter daalein. c. Lagbhag 15-20 minute tak steam karein, jab tak ek toothpick saaf nikle.
Kadam 4: Tadka
a. Alag se ek kadai mein tel garam karen aur tadka ke liye rai, curry patta aur hari mirch daalein. b. Is sugandhit tadka ko dhokle par daalein.
Bhaag 5: Dhokla Ke Vibhinn Roop
Parampara Ko Mithas Dene Wale
Dhokla ki ek badi baat yah hai ki iska swaroopikta hai. Niche diye gaye prachin pranaliyon mein se kuch lokpriya pranaliyan hain:
Khaman Dhokla: Isme ek naram aur spongy roop hai, jo thoda meetha aur khatta swaad deta hai.
Rava Dhokla: Besan ke sthan par sooji ka istemal hota hai, jo ek vishesht daane daar aur swaad deta hai.
Dhokla Sandwich: Chutney ya masaledar bharai ko Dhokla ke slice ke beech mein sandwich banakar ek lajawaab dish taiyaar karen.
Besan Dhokla: Fermenteshan ki avashyakta na hone ke liye is prakar ke Dhokla ko taiyaar karne ke liye yah ek shreshth vikalp hai.
Bhaag 6: Dhokla Ko Serv Karke Aur Swad Uthaiye
Savervada Karne Ka Mukhya*
Ab jab aapne apna Dhokla taiyaar kiya hai, to swad ka aanand uthane ka samay aa gaya hai. Yah tips aapko Dhokla ko serv karne aur swad uthane mein madadgar saabit ho sakti hain:
Sath Sath: Dhokla ko hari chutney, imli ki chutney ya ek spoon malai dahi ke saath serv karein.
Sajavat: Thode taze dhaniye patte, kate nariyal aur ek chutki laal mirch powder se dish ko sajayein, jisse visual appeal aur swaad mein aur bhi maza aaye.
Prastutikaran: Dhokla ko choti choti tukdon mein ya puri cake ke roop mein serv karein, aapke vichar par nirbhar karta hai.
